Ways to maintain good reproductive health-

More women than men are often concerned with the health of their reproductive organs. The health of the reproductive organs is pivotal to the general well-being of an individual.
Reproductive health explains the wellness of the reproductive system of a person. It implies that people can have a satisfying and safe sex life and that they can reproduce and they have the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so.
It is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, in all matters relating to the reproductive system and its functions and processes.

Ways to maintain Reproductive health include but are not limited to:
Eat right.
Fact has it that diets high in unsaturated fats, whole grains, vegetables, and fish have been associated with improved fertility in both women and men.
There is no perfect definition for eating right. It is advisable to eat an adequate amount of food at the right time. It is important to avoid prolonged inadequate protein intake because it has been reported to reduce reproductive performance.

Take Multivitamins.
A balanced diet consists of all seven classes of food. Let’s be factual, it is pretty difficult to get all the necessary nutrients in a meal. So as much as you try to eat a balanced diet, also take multivitamins that are rich in zinc, folic acid and vitamin B12 to support your daily nutrients but don’t do it without the knowledge of your pharmacist.

Drink clean water.
Drinking clean water helps save the body from waterborne diseases which are capable of causing other diseases, thereby threatening the well-being of the body.

Avoid wearing tight clothes around your genitals.
Who doesn’t like nice, skinny jeans? Well, not me! Many people wear tight clothes for various reasons but we can’t deny the fact that one of the reasons is, it helps glorify the contours of the body. It is important to note that, the tighter the cloth, the more the heat in your genitals.
